OUR TEAM

Kjirsten Magnuson

Director, Occupational Therapist

Kjirsten graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from The University of Washington in the United States and is an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist. She has worked in paediatric, hospital, and community settings in the US and Australia. She has experience working with people across the lifespan, with a focus on adolescents and adults with multiple needs. Kjirsten values maintaining curiosity and flexibility in her practice. Kjirsten’s strong skills in communication, report writing, and creative intervention planning ensure goals are met and clients regain quality of life. Kjirsten is passionate about reaching goals through partnership with her clients and other stakeholders. She enjoys working within multidisciplinary teams and developing client-centred, holistic interventions.

Burçin (Bella) Ocak

Occupational Therapist

Bella graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice. She is an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist and is fluent in English and Turkish. 

 

Prior to her role as an occupational therapist, Bella worked as an overseas-trained physiotherapist, equipping her with a diverse skill set that she applies to her current practice. Bella is committed to collaborating with individuals who face physical, cognitive, and complex disabilities, with the objective of improving their functioning and supporting them to lead meaningful, independent lives. Her practice extends beyond solely assisting her clients to include support to families and carers through a holistic and compassionate approach to care.

 

Bella firmly believes that where barriers exist, an occupational therapist can help to overcome them. She is dedicated to delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions designed to empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their quality of life. Her approach is characterized by professionalism, empathy, and a sincere commitment to making a positive impact. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, Bella ensures that each individual, along with their families and carers, feels valued and supported throughout their journey toward independence and well-being.

Todd Volmari

Business Manager

Todd provides administrative, IT, and business support for Ripple Allied Health. Todd loves to play sport, keep up with the latest tech, and build applications in his spare time.

REFERRALS

To submit an enquiry about the availability and suitability of OT support at RAH, please fill out our enquiry form below. These will be reviewed within 5 business days. If accepted, you will be sent through a comprehensive referral form to submit as part of the intake process. â€‹

Please note that we are currently only accepting referrals for clients with availability Monday-Friday 9:30AM-2:30PM.
