Director & Occupational Therapist
Kjirsten Magnuson
Kjirsten graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from The University of Washington in the United States and is an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist. She has worked in paediatric, hospital, and community settings in the US and Australia. She has experience working with people across the lifespan, with a focus on adolescents and adults with multiple needs. Kjirsten values maintaining curiosity and flexibility in her practice. Kjirsten’s strong skills in communication, report writing, and creative intervention planning ensure goals are met and clients regain quality of life. Kjirsten is passionate about reaching goals through partnership with her clients and other stakeholders. She enjoys working within multidisciplinary teams and developing client-centred, holistic interventions.

Occupational Therapist
Lily Jass
Lily graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Monash University and has extensive experience in the NDIS/community space. Lily is passionate about supporting adults to live more independently, build confidence with daily living skills, and live a meaningful life. Lily endeavours to ensure that her approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred, with a strong focus on practical outcomes that align with your goals.
Lily’s areas of interest include working with adults with intellectual disabilities, supporting those with degenerative conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and age related changes to functioning.

Occupational Therapist
Jasmine Reid
Jasmine graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Griffith University. She is passionate about wholistic, client centred, neuro-affirming intervention, and building meaningful connections with clients, their families, and the broader community. She believes in the importance of early intervention and supporting people to make the most of the life that they live.
Jasmine has experience supporting people with a range of goals and diagnoses, including neurodiversity, mental illness, trauma backgrounds, experience with the justice system, substance use, and physical health issues. Within the diverse community of northern Melbourne, Jasmine also has experience supporting culturally and linguistically diverse peoples, First Nations peoples, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Jasmine does not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” model, adapting her practice to suit the individual needs of the people she supports.

Todd provides administrative, IT, and business support for Ripple Allied Health. Todd loves to play sport, woodwork, keep up with the latest tech, and build applications in his spare time.
